New Volvo FM car transporter unveiled

Volvo has unveiled its new FM car transporter, configured as a low height, 6x2 rigid with a sleeper cab.

Developed in partnership with trailer manufacturers Transporter Engineering and Belle Rolfo, the Euro-6 FM car transporter is available either with a D11K or a D13K engine with nominal power ratings ranging from 330hp to 500hp.

Volvo has also improved chassis space packaging, increasing maximum fuel capacity from 450 litres to a potential 540 litres compared with the Euro-5 version. AdBlue capacity has increased to 64 litres from 60 litres.
