Lincolnshire based haulage company, Mason Brothers Transport, has
appeared in court to face nearly 100 charges relating to driver records and
tachographs.
The DVSA said the allegations, are aiding, abetting,
counselling and procuring individuals to make false tacho and driver card
entries and failing to record data on recording equipment, tachographs or
driver cards.
The 97 alleged offences date from between October 2011 and
March 2012.
The enforcement agency also confirmed that six employed
drivers are being charged separately with various offences.
